So far so good....

I am officially Mrs. Jeff Bezner!! The craziness is finally over and we are settling into a normal life.

Over the weekend Jeff had to work, so I tagged along. He fed and worked with his colt. It was such a nice Saturday minus the heat. It has been awhile since I have ridden along in the feed truck, so it was quite an enjoyable morning. I did my normal duties of opening the gates of course!

 Here's Jeff working with Hurricane Bill. He is doing very well, but he does occasionally show off his athleticism in how high he can kick!

I love my new home and family. I live right in the middle of headquarters, it's kind of funny. I look out my back door and see horse pens..

you look out one window and see bull pens, out the other and see a saddle house and the shop. Out the front door a pasture filled with cows! 

Definitely a change but I love it. Jeff has killed 3 skunks since I moved in and Lottie has had 5 baths (she likes rolling in the dirt).

I got us a cute patio set perfect for entertaining our friends, which we did on Friday. Jeff killed a wild hog a couple of weeks ago so he cooked it on his new grill. I will say I have never had wild hog until Friday. Not bad especially when you pair it with some Pioneer Woman Macaroni and Cheese!  Life on the ranch is so far so good........
